Where does Fangamer Europe ship from?
All orders placed on our European store are shipped from our warehouse located in the Netherlands, ensuring faster delivery and no customs fees for EU customers.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please note that certain items like plushies or mystery boxes may have specific restrictions.
Will I have to pay import duties or VAT?
