At Fangamer Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on most items in their original condition. Please ensure all apparel is unwashed and unworn, and all physical media remains factory-sealed to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Verify that your item is within the 30-day return window and remains in its original, brand-new condition with all packaging intact.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items and include a note with your order number, then ship the package to our warehouse using your preferred tracked carrier.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
